Quya has arrived!!!

Greetings friends:

Exciting news in the Pet Nanny camp. Our sweet new puppy is here. His name is Quya (pron. Kwhy-yah). He is named for a friend we made while in Jamaica a couple of years ago. Quya, the Jamaican, had a big impact on our boys and since this puppy is officially Blake’s, he named him after his friend from Jamaica.

Our Quya came home a couple of days ago and has been a great addition to our home.

Kooper has had mixed emotions but has really recieved him well and they are working on the play skills.

More pics and video will follow but enjoy the pic of our new Quya and Kooper for now.

Kooper Says: The Pet Nanny is expecting…

That’s right; The Pet Nanny is expecting a new puppy coming soon. As you may know, The Tega Cay Pet Nanny lost her sweet, female, yellow lab this year to heart failure. Soon after, Michelle and family went back to CD Kennels in Hickory, NC to see about another puppy. Fortunately, they had another litter with beautiful pups ready to go home by St. Patrick’s day. So in about 2 weeks we will bring home our new Chocolate Labrador puppy, Quya (pronounced: Kwhy-yah). He will be named for the friend we made in Jamaica by the same name.

Our puppy is actually the half brother of Me…Kooper. He’s my brother-from-another-mother.

Here’s a shout-out to www.CDKennelsStables.com Man, do they have awesome dogs. So Kooper and our family will have a new friend soon.

The lost dog reported last night may have been recovered by the Animal Shelter. We will be checkingwith them this morning when they open. In the event Boomer is not in the trusted care of the Shelter, please keep your eyes peeled.

LOST DOG !!!

Tega Cay Pet Nanny is asking for your help to find a lost dog.
An English Setter escaped from a home on Molokai Dr. this morning (4/22/11). He is primarily white with black markings. He has a purple colar with no tags. He answers to “Boomer”.
Boomer is a friendly, energetic boy who was staying with friends while his owners were on vacation.
If you have any info, please contact the Pet Nanny.
